Hire Me
dear god. please.
You're probably wondering why I called this meeting?
Like so many, 2020 hit hard for me. With nearly a decade in Project Management, and 15 years with the organization, I was laid off.
From a business perspective, it made sense. I specialized in Facilities projects. And when the pandemic hit, sending everyone home, leaving facilities indefinitely vacant...
Well... let's just say, I get it.
Still. For the first time in my career, I experienced Corporate burnout.
In the wake of everything, I turned to passion projects - I helped launch a bookstore; shot and edited weddings; and worked delivery.
That's when I discovered my new career.
I turned to Data Analytics to make sense of my own contract work. But what I ended up finding, was a passion and a renewed desire to return to "normal work."
I offer this story for a number of reasons:
First, it's what I do. It's my job to parse through data, find what's relevant and tell a compelling story with it.
Second, I'm not just looking for a job, I'm looking for a good fit.
If I'm honest, this whole self-marketing thing leaves me feeling like I need a shower.
Rather than talk myself up, I'd prefer to let my skills speak for themselves (see projects below). I'm simply here to present you with the data you need, so that you can make an informed business decision on whether we would be a good fit.
My name is Cameron.
I connect data with stories to produce meaningful results.
This is my story.
And if you've come this far, I'd love to hear yours.

Projects
i can do this. i swear.
We've all been there. Baited. Lured by empty words.
Catfished!
maybe even... again?
You deserve better. That's why the projects I've included are my own. No photoshop, no crazy filters.
What you see is what you get!
This is my work. And as such, you may notice a theme:
Every project I've highlighted contains a snapshot of data, directly from my own independent contract work. From the data that I collected, compiled and cleaned; to the visualizations; and the code and queries I came up with to explore that data.
Nothing is not my own.
Go ahead. Click around!
And if you have any feedback, I'd love to hear it. I'm an entry-level analyst who's looking to grow. All help is welcome!
"please. i'm hungry."
